You tell us what you need
Employers describe the role. Workers tell us their occupation, experience and where they are. Both are free and neither is a commitment.
We check the pathway
We look at the occupation against the Core Skills Occupation List and the Designated Area Migration Agreement regions, and tell you plainly whether it works.
An introduction, if it fits
Anonymised profiles go to the employer. Identity is exchanged only when both sides agree. Hiring is entirely the employer's decision.
What Migration Star is, and is not
Migration Star is a registered migration agency. We are not a recruitment agency, a labour hire provider or an employment agent. We do not employ anyone, supply anyone to an employer, or place anyone in a job. Employment is directly between the employer and the worker.
No fee is payable to Migration Star for finding an employer or for finding an employee. Registration is free for workers and access is free for employers. No fee of any kind is payable to us for an introduction.
Under Australian law, an employer who sponsors a worker must pay the costs of becoming a sponsor, of nominating, and of recruiting. Those costs cannot be passed on to the worker. Asking for or receiving a benefit in return for sponsorship is an offence.
No one can guarantee that an employer will be interested, that a nomination will be approved, or that a visa will be granted.
