This website is operated by Migration Star, an Australian migration agency at Level 2, 8 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113. Immigration assistance is provided by Rohit Sharma, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 1797395, and by other registered migration agents engaged by Migration Star. You can verify any migration agent's registration on the Register of Migration Agents at mara.gov.au.

2. General information only

The information on this website, including blog articles, visa guides, calculators, checklists and answers to common questions, is general information about Australian migration law and practice. It is not immigration assistance, it is not legal advice, and it does not take account of your individual circumstances. Migration law and policy change frequently, and information on this site may be out of date at the time you read it.

Immigration assistance is provided only when you engage Migration Star under a written agreement. Until then, nothing on this website or in any free tool creates an agent and client relationship.

3. Free tools, calculators and assessments

Our points calculator, eligibility assessment, resume builder and similar tools produce an indicative result based on the information you enter and the rules as we understand them at the time. They are not a determination of your eligibility for any visa. Only the Department of Home Affairs can decide a visa application, and it does so on the law and evidence at the time of decision.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

No registered migration agent can guarantee that a visa, sponsorship, nomination or review application will succeed, and Migration Star does not do so. Any statement on this website about our experience, our reviews or the outcomes of past matters describes the past and is not a prediction of the outcome of your matter.

5. Candidate board and employer services

Migration Star is a registered migration agency. It is not a recruitment agency, a labour hire provider or an employer, and it does not select staff for employers or set the terms of any employment. The candidate board introduces employers to candidates who have asked to be considered for sponsorship. Introductions are free to employers and candidates. Professional fees apply only for immigration assistance provided under a written agreement. Employers are responsible for their own sponsorship obligations and costs, which cannot be recovered from a visa applicant. Registration on the board is not a job offer and does not guarantee sponsorship or a visa.

6. Reviews and testimonials

Client reviews shown on this website are published on Google by the people who wrote them and are displayed as written. Ratings and review counts are as shown on Google at the time of publishing. Individual experiences vary and a past client's experience is not a prediction of yours.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos, design and tools, is owned by or licensed to Migration Star and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission. Logos of universities, colleges and other organisations belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate that our clients have enrolled with or dealt with those organisations.
