Who gives you immigration assistance
Only a registered migration agent, an Australian legal practitioner or an exempt person may lawfully give immigration assistance in Australia. At Migration Star, that assistance comes from the two agents below. Both are registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, bound by its Code of Conduct and covered by professional indemnity insurance. Rohit Sharma

His work covers the full range of Australian visas, with particular depth in employer sponsorship, skilled migration, student and family visas, review applications before the Administrative Review Tribunal and requests for ministerial intervention.
Rohit is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia and works from the Brisbane office in Eight Mile Plains, meeting clients in person, by video and on WhatsApp.

Built in Brisbane, working with clients everywhere
Migration Star began in 2017 as a one-agent practice in Brisbane. It has grown into a team that works with international students, skilled migrants, families and employers across Australia, and with applicants from India, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, the Pacific and beyond.
What has not changed is the way a matter is run: one registered agent responsible for it from first assessment to decision, a written plan and fee agreement before any work starts, and a candid conversation whenever the honest answer is not the one a client hoped for.
Our office is at Level 2, 8 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains, on Brisbane's south side. Clients elsewhere in Australia and overseas work with us by video, phone and WhatsApp.
